Magic and Sidekick sit inside the admin, which is their real advantage: they already know your products, orders and theme. There's nothing to connect and nothing to copy across.

Magic is strongest on short-form storefront copy — product descriptions, section headings, email subject lines, FAQ answers. Sidekick is strongest on questions about your own data and on multi-step admin work you'd otherwise click through.

Where they need help is voice. Out of the box the output is competent and generic. Give them your brand rules, your audience and an example of copy you like, and the gap closes quickly — that's what most prompts in this library are doing.
